I applied with Jobs in Dubai a month later they contact me

Hi everyone.... I am on this site because I am skeptical about Jobs in dubai based on my experience with them thus far, truthfull information would really help me regarding their legitimacy. As I am working towards a successful future and cant afford to be scammed. I need to be assisted by the recruiters in Dubai aiding me on my quest to work abroad I have been considering going abroad for some time now. I am in the financial field and was also studying part time to obtain my financial accoutancy qualification. I unfortunatley lost my job early last year. About a month ago I decided to apply through Jobs in Dubai. I honestly expected if they should contact me that they assist me financially and then take their fee either from the employer in Dubai who accept my application and employs me or from my first pay check. I sent them the relevant documentation after signing up and about a month ago not long after i signed up they sent me numerous e mails stating that my application is being reviewed and then saying that i have been shortlisted but i have to pay the registration fee of 92CAD. I immediately left the e mails as is, because even if it is legit a person like myself cannot afford to just pay this money which is more than R 1000.00 in SA currency! A couple of weeks after receiving these e mails i as contacted by whom I assume is one of their consultants. She was very nice and sounded as if she knew what i needed and explaind the process for my understanding but she was rather persistent on me paying this fee that very day, which wasn't possible. She then said she would contact me the next day and that I must please try to even loan the money from someone I know. She might have contacted me again I wasnt available so I am not sure but I am still receiving these emails stating that there are employers interested in given me a post. That being said I do still want to apply and pay the fee if thats what it takes, when I am able to. Before I even consider this I really need to know if this is just a very well put together fraudulent organisation or are the positive comments here something to go on?
