So I am reading a Summons that was put in our mailbox for my 10 yr old daughter... When i know we contacted the original creditor several times a month after We teceived the first bill.. Back when she was 7.. I hate the fact that someone fealt the need to do this to my child, but When running her Social SN... Does it not state thos is a minor child.. with 0 credit... The Best part... in the summons... States I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IS A MINOR.... How can you make a statement like that? SHE IS 10 YRS OLD 5TH GRADE!! I WAS A BILL COLLECTORE FOR 12 YRS. I KNOW THIS SUMMONS IS THE FIRST WE HAVE HEARD FROM YOUR COMPANY THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR SAID THEY WOULD PIT I THE NOTES AND I EVEN OFFERED A COPY BIRTH CERTIFICATE.. RESPONSE NON NEEDED. NOT HAPPY... YOU SHOULD INDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATION
