I have used this company before with very good results, but as a returned customer, I am shocked to have been ripped off as a BLIND student. I made three purchases for custom made collars and leash for my working dog from Feb 2019, I fully understand that its a six months wait to have your merchandises. However, it had been weeks and months that I am texting, emailing, calling this Luis guy and I not getting any respond. I am a blind student with a working dog and did not expected to be robbed BLIND. I went on Facebook and he is apologising to customers. Luis this shameful you should take your confession to the Pope because I need my money back or the merchandises
