I am having a lot of trouble cancelling my subscription

I cannot log in to cancel my subscription because I forget the new email address that I opened to do it.Please.please..please just CANCEL it for me.I have been trying for days and I just cannot remember. I do not want it renewed nor do I want any money back.It has been very difficult to try and figure this out.
