Respected Sir, I am calling from 10 AM and connected two times with session ID 54711**** and 19012**** and problem not sort-out and call transferred but session disconnected. I am contract you for complaint on 10.45 but I assured to call transferred to senior but till 11.01 senior not pickup the call. He is also taking with me, for not disconnect call.
