Thank You for contacting me. I have not heard back from Proctor Silex. Very disappointed. I cant get out because I dont have a car and want to obey the self quarantine here in California, and Im a senior citizen. I would like to know if I may get a replacement for my wonderful juicer. Once again thank You.
