SOMEONE IN YOUR OFFICE DID NOT FOLLOW THRU ON CANCELING THIS POLICY. VERY UPSETTING. TRIED TO GET THRU ON PHONE 2 TO 3 HOURS WAIT TIME. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I WANT SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK...MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY AND GOING THRU WHAT YOU HAVE TO GO THRU IS UNCALLED FOR. 2 TO 3 HOUR WAIT..... JOAN STEPHENS 407-365-**** User's recommendation: forget it.
