when I first joined the game, it showed and recommended a server saying it was a new server. Upon joining I was greeted with all the new server top up and events. I immediately began topping up to get all the new server stuff and get rank 1. After 7 days playing the game, all the new server stuff ended and there was no rewards(gears and items) and titles given to me. However there was a 14 day S.rank event for new server so I thought maybe after that 14 days I will get it. Upon reaching that 14 days, still no rewards. So I started asking other players about the server, and they told that the server was not new at all. All the new server rewards from events have been distributed already. I contacted the developer and they told me they tried making an account on a "new" server and everything was normal. I kept explaining what happened even provided screen shots of the events that was shown to me on my 2day of playing. They told me they will speak with their tech team but they never got back from me, so I asked for refund due to false information. They told me they do not provide any refund service. I spoke with several google support and they told me that I have to provide screen shot of everything so I did. One support told me they cannot do anything and I have to ask the developers, the other one said that they will report the game and will give my case to their team specialist. That was August 10, and I havent gotten any news from google. I am pissed because the reason I topped up was to get the limited time titles and gears for new server and I never got them because the server was not new. The support team of Eyougames kept telling me even put it in bold characters that "they do not provide any kind of refund service" this game is Savior Fantasy.
