Terrible after sales service, but it ended up that sale was horrible and full of promises that were not kept like extra filters, chemicals and more courtesy of Jake (sales guy), no explanations of the product or warranty just take my money drop it and run and already it needs service and we have got no support but what we did get is horrible customer service and verbally assaulted by who I can only guess is the manager or owner or something named Rochelle (she is a treat hard to believe she was a teacher). Do yourself a favour and stay away from them and their business unless you like the feeling of wasting time and money and in this economy and time customer service is everything they don't provide any good of that. I will be sure my experience reaches as far as I can take it, I suggest ALL the staff get out of retail and find more suited for scammers and abusives.
