Listen...I called LL on a Tuesday for Friday service. I was quoted 51.00. I even asked the girl to remap my yard twice to confirm. On Friday I called to find out what time the guy was coming to cut my grass and services for the weeds. They said he will be here between 3-5 pm and the representative said they would call back with additional information about the *** service. When that did not happen, I called back. The new representative said they were sorry but the service will be performed between 5-7. The representative began KATIE began talking over me constantly with what sounded like a script. She said she was a manager lol. Ok...cool. So 7:15 rolls around and the guy shows up chit chats with me for a second and says he's going to take pictures of my property for a correct quote. huh? Okay whatever.... now keep in mind- my service was scheduled for TODAY. My phone rings...JESSICA calls from LL with a quote of(no kidding) $246.00. No ma'm. How? Ive been here for years...never paid more than 50.00. As I am speaking to JESSICA who also says shes a manager by the way I see the service provider drive off. He did not even feel the need to say anything to me. Either he knew it was some *** of felt I could not afford it. Either way it was a BS quote and they were trying to get over. I have reported them to the BBB and will report them to any other agency I feel the need to. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY.
