Do not, I repeat, do NOT use Assured Relocation services out of DeBary, Florida which is an Atlas company. They promised everything and lived up to nothing. 4 days late...beyond the 10 day window. There was no communication from Assured or Atlas, although I was promised "daily" updates as to when and where the shipment. There was Major damage to an antique mahogany roll top desk and a Tiffany style lamp. Settlement offer $84!!! I spent more than that at pick-up and at delivery each time for lunch and tips for all the help. NO COMMUNICATION....THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE Beware...DO NOT use Atlas Van Lines and DO NOT use Assured Relocation Services out of DeBary, Florida.
