Horrible internet service at COMWAVE

Update by user Jan 18, 2021 After weeks of frustrating discussions and arguments, I finally got someone to advise that I probably need a new modem. I received the modem, tried and cannot get it to be recognized. A new case has been opened yet again but support not available on the weekend. I've sent a scathing response to Ombudsman. I was disconnected 3 times today.End result, still having issues, kids cant do their school work. ALL OF US HAVING ANXIETY HELP!!!!!!! Original review posted by user Dec 18, 2020 have lost my mind with Comwave - having internet issues where I keep on loosing connected. Call over and over and over again to try and get network support and they fix it for a bit and then issue happens again. When I call back I'm stuck on an call waiting for over an hour and then get told that they will charge me a cancellation fee of $225. I call 2 x's a day with no resolution. DO NOT USE COMWAVE - HORRIBLE SERVICE - WASTE OF MONEY AND EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING - THEY ALL READ A SCRIPT - MY MISTAKE FOR UPGRADING MY SERVICE - User's recommendation: do not use.
