Our company had been using Pitney Bowes for a number of years. About 4 years ago a local FP rep stopped in and gave us a really good deal. For several years we were very happy until we started getting harassing phone calls from two other companies purporting to represent FP both had similar acronyms but claimed they were kind of affiliated but not (very confusing and shady). The calls quickly became more and more frequent, aggressive, and down right threatening. Needless to say we now got away from FP and went back to Pitney Bowes which thankfully the same local rep now handles. As of this post, we continue to receive invoices even though our lease on the FP equipment has expired, and we returned our equipment. Getting through to a real person takes about 30 minutes each time. We will NEVER go back to FP again.
