Horrible experience…don’t EVER USE this sight and be SCAMMED!!!!

I had seats for a Broadway show in Chicago....even picked out my seats online.....went to the show and they weren't in the row that I paid for and were less value than what I paid for....the customer service center was a joke; I told him my problem and he said he would have to get his manager on the line....his "manager " never answered. Then I called back and tried again.....they put me on hold again.....Would not refund money when the difference was $30 for each ticket. Was not satisfied with their customer service or the tickets that I received. The manager at this large theatre told me this happens with this company all of the time and sometimes the tickets are even invalid when sold. DON'T waste your money!! Always use the ticket counter , box office venue. This was a hard lesson learned. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
