Horrible experience. Don’t buy.

NO customer service. I canceled what was an accidental annual subscription. They ignored the fact that I canceled this subscription. I didnt know I had been charged until the next day. When you purchase a subscription on the site, there is no shopping cart so you will have no way of knowing what theyve charged you for. That, along with the lack of customer service is by design. I had to involve my bank to get my money back and the bank sent me a letter today saying they have temporarily credited charges.
