I contacted Affinity Cellular to set up service for my 94 year old step-father. They set up the account under his name and auto payment from his bank account. My step-father can't use the phone, he can't hear anyone on it, so he asked me to cancel it. Since I set the account up, I was designated as a contact person. I just tried to cancel this account and get a return authorization number to send the phone back and they won't do this. My step-father is in the hospital and because of this Coronavirus quarantine, he can't have visitors and he can't hear me or anyone on the telephone. This company just wants to continue taking money out of his account. NEVER, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL AFFINITY CELLULAR User's recommendation: Use another vender for cellular service.
