Horrendous…do not order from this company

If you place an order, you are automatically enrolled in a VIP club at a cost of $14.95/month. I noticed the charge on my account and tried cancelling for 8 months. 8 months worth of charges. I finally had to cancel the credit card to stop the charges. So unprofessional and no response. I was very explicit communicating my issue but they kept saying we didn't charge you for the merchandise. The merchandise wasn't the problem...it was the VIP Club charges. Don't even take a chance ordering from the Serengeti.
