So I have taken a elife service from etisalat, on the month of november for home service from them. Out of a sudden I have to go back to my country as soon as possible. So I had gone to the business center in ibn battuta mall in the etisalat department. When I reached there the agent cleared all the bills on 21st march 2019 till the month of march. And she had mentioned that all the bills are settled. And you have nothing to pay as it even reflected on the system. I will be posting the picture of the receipt too below. So on 30th march she had told to give a confirmation so I had called them on 30th march itself for the cancellation of the home services. And they confirmed me with so and said it will be done in a week. On 7th april i'm getting a call from them saying to make more payments. I told them that the agent said to ke before that the payments are already cleared and I had paid the exit charges also. But still they are insisting to pay. So I registered a complaint on the agent who told me on 21st march that the account are cleared already. Today after a month of daily conversations with them. They are still not giving me a valid reason for me to pay the amount. The pictures that I have attached is of both the reference number and the copy of the bill, received by the agent name and the platform where I was sitting.
