Home internet

Good day. I leave Dubai for 1 years ago. I want to close my home internet, but I'm not in Dubai because of the pandemic . I asked my friend to help me and I gave her copy my ID and all needs letters with my signature. But DU service always said only one: "we can't close", they needs more and more letters. How I can cancel my internet if I'm not in Dubai and will never come back?
