Date of incident: 10 May 2021 I was offered to sign up for an exclusive deal to install home fibre internet and RM1 monthly TV deal. However, after installing and receiving the TV. I was charged the monthly home internet line (which was normal) but no rm1 TV deal and instead got charged for ZerolutionTV at RM127. After discovering the error, I called Maxis' 123 line to get the problem solved on 16th May 2021. By that time my autodebit had paid the extra RM127 bill. I have been calling many time regarding this issue and still it remains unsolved. Maxis' customer service occasionally called to check with me if anyone have solved the issue. Hello! you should know if it is resolved or not no need to ask me. If this offer was wrongly given please say so (even though over the phone and maxis chat line I was told the offer is valid it is just still under investigation) and take back your TV and refund me the money. No need to to still be under investigation for so long it is very stressful. I have today another case number of C1556864 please look into it ASAP.
