I feel embarrassed that I did not check these people out before I placed an order and hope if you are considered using them and read this - STOP! DO NOT DO IT!! If you have already placed an order cancel it and cancel your credit cards. The suit that was delivered to me was the worst quality I have ever seen. Even worse than the cheapest suit you could buy on the high street. Even worse still, it doesn't fit. The arms are skin tight, the chest gapes open and the trousers are baggy...and I'm a pretty standard off the shelf size. I can't believe I have £700 of rubbish hanging in my wardrobe. I have contacted HiMark so many times over the last 8 months to seek redress without success. Initially I wanted a refund and then asked them to sort the suit so it at least fitted. Unfortunately they have not come up with a second fitting date and today asked me to travel 200 miles to have a second fitting as they are no longer coming to my location. They know they are on a winner!! Why on earth would I spend a day of my life and £100 in fuel to adjust a poor quality suit that will always be a poor quality suit! I do not believe I will get anywhere and hope everybody who considers using them will find a review that makes them STOP.
