Why is it so hard to find how to access my account to see what magazines I ordered and how to pay for them. I do not want ANY magazines automatically renewed - EVER. Your charge much more when Birds and Blooms and all the other magazines you publish when they are automatically renewed. I need to know how to access my account with your company. Birds and Blooms, Reminisce, Readers Digest, etc. If I can't have access to this info consider me a former customer.
