Hi I ordered a trampoline on 31/7/21. I tried calling my deal on 2/8/21 I many times to cancel my order I couldn’t get through I tried to email so many timed finally got to email that wasn’t dispatch.

Hi I ordered a trampoline on the 31/7/21. I tried to call many times couldnt get through than I finally got a email. I email to council my order on the same day before it was dispatched.The next day I had an email saying it was dispatch from wherehouse I was disappointed I wanted to council the order because my husband ordered a trampoline which I wasnt aware of I still havent received yet can I take my orders back as I havent received.
