To be sincere, I am a type of a person who always forgets the PINs to basically everything. The same situation happened to my credit card. I knew that I could restore it using their website or with a message sent but it did not work. When I called their customer support team, they explained to me what the issue was, and helped me to change the PIN. I am “looking forward” to forgetting it again though I know that their reps would do their best to explain everything to me from scratch without any annoyance. Thank you so much since I know such clients are common and I cannot imagine the temper every representative has. One suggestion only — please upgrade your online chat, so I would not call you next time!
