Ok I updated my address on april 23rd but comes to find out they sent it to my old address on april 18th I moved to Louisiana I finally got thru to someone earlier and they have horrible customer service didnt tell me anything just that it was sent off in april I even did a maintenance taxpayer form and updated my address with the usps ...I have a family and I'm out of work I need my money asap and now ain't no telling where it's at please can someone help me User's recommendation: Dont ever trust this bank.
