Have a ton of patience

How long can it take to locate a title and fax it ?????? My job that day ot nxt the latest . I have req it on a Tuesday it is now Friday. And I would imagine depts would have managers or supervisors but apparently they don’t I have asked numerous times ... It’s time for THE BBB.
