I understand that the hard times demand hard changes though where we should go to get a consultation? I tried to call the branch several times, and the waiting time was so annoying but it was okay, as I again understood the situation. Once I was connected to one of the reps, I was guided that all the services may be proceeded with online with no need to visit a branch. Fortunately, I am aware of all the Internet stuff, however, what older people who are not tech-savvy should do? I love this bank but such poor care about all their clients might seem frustrating. I am looking forward to seeing the opened branches soon. There are no complaints except this.
