Had to call in 4 times
I recently changed over my telephone and Internet service from Verizon to a local company due to lack of experienced customer service reps from Verizon. I received a final bill from them 3 months later. When trying to resolve this issue, Phone message says all the time experiencing a high call volume and to hold or call back later. I was put on hold for 5 minutes, this alone was making my decision not to pay this final bill! This is an on going problem with Verizon and one of the major reasons why I terminated services.. They claim to be the largest Network Provider if so they need to step it up quite alot
