After placing an order I noticed that the system took the payment for it twice. I wrote to the support team right away. But it took them more than a day to fix the situation! It was not my mistake, but the glitch in their system. So they should have solved it much faster! What for did they make me wait for so long? In the end, they apologized, but that situation spoilt my day. So I will not give them 5 stars, although the goods are pretty good for their price.
