Had an issue minutes before a lecture (and another issues in multiple times)

I have the Emaze premium pro plan yearly, since march 22/2019. Since then, i´ve been having at least two issues per month with your website. I give lectures on schools and churches and use your services for this purpose. Nevertheless, yesterday I had to give my lecture with a board and markers because i had this "HTTP ERROR 500". Things like this, happens twice a month. I have to do it online, because I cant even download my presentations (dont know why, but it gives me an error). Would you please be so kind to give me an answer of: - When are you going to fix this? - How is this going to be refunded because there have been several days in which i couldnt use your services (meanwhile Im paying for them)
