had 3 days to cancel subscription but no answer on the given number

To whom it may concern I signed up against my will on november 22 2017 and the lady said if I change my mind I can cancel within 3 days... I tried phoning yesterday and today on the 1800 number but both days they say the offices are closed. I have read about all the people who got scammed and I also have a bad feeeling about this company Please advise how I can cancel as it is in the allowed time Chris
