I used this product AND service for my condo unit in Asheville, NC. Adam Calder Sls, and Robt Schweitzer (Inst) were most conscientious in EVERY PHASE of my Gutter Dome experience! One follow up was requested (and performed most expeditiously) due to the need for a deflector panel which was installed at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE one year after the initial installation. While "pricey," and installed at my own personal expense on the exterior of my condo unit, I have had no problems with debris accumulating in the gutter. In fact, out of 136 units, mine is the only one that does not have this problem. I was allowed to do this as an experiment example to the community. Most people do not care to invest the money, but envy the end results. I intend to have the GUTTER DOME product installed on my screened-in pool cage "super-gutters" in Florida now to minimize on-going leaf accumulation and subsequent blockage of downspouts. G Fradin
