Grieving and tired of the runaround

Went to a Wells Fargo first week in September with death of my son in Huntersville NC. No list of information given to transfer funds to his estate. No information given to close his three business accounts. Only verbally told bring back the court document showing I am the executor. Different business banker bring back document saying you are in a position to handle account brought, etc. Now still in limbo User's recommendation: Make sure company provide info on whatcto do if a small bus owner becomes deceased.
