I made an order in this store for the first time and I constantly had questions about the quality of the goods and the functionality of the site. I tried to get through the phone that I found on the website of the online store several times, but it was busy all the time. I was able to contact the consultants only through online chat, and then I waited more than 20 minutes until a free specialist appeared. Then everything was fine: they answered all my questions, consulted about my purchase, advised how I could complement my choice and helped me place and pay for the order. As for the delivery service, everything was in order here too: an hour and a half before the courier arrived, they called me and warned me that they would bring me a parcel. Since the purchase was quite expensive, I asked not to leave it under the door, but to hand it over to me personally. The courier did just that and even waited for me to open the box and check if everything was OK.
