I ordered replacement parts for my Nordictrack elliptical, but received wrong parts. I would like to know how can I send them back and get the correct ones. I need part no 58 and 56 that goes in this here (shown in the picture). The last picture shows the size of the housing/bushing that I need. The send the photo that shows where the replacement parts goes before ordering yet got the wrong ones. The one I received are bigger than the actual part. I have to pay twice to the people who come to replace the parts. I have paid already and yet the issue is not solved. This has caused lot of trouble.
