I purchased 20 sterling menthol today and found that there is only 19 in the packet, I wasn't told that the pack held only 19 now and not 20 otherwise I would of gone for another brand. I've smoked this brand for years and am disgusted that you don't get what you expect this is a total disgrace and I am now going to change brands to a more honest tobacconist
