Ordered carport Nov 1, 2017. 3 to 6 week lead time. 17 phone calls all to voice mail resulted in 2 call backs. One was a scheduled installation date. No show by crew. No call to cancel from crew or C to C office. March 2018 fought to have deposit returned. Coast to Coast Carports in truly the worst company have ever dealt with. There product line is inexpensive and of lesser quality. I scheduled my new carport with a local company (Port a Cover) and had my carport complete and inplace in three weeks. A little more expensive but nice to be treated like a valued customer. I would never recommend C to C. I should have looked at reviews prior to my selection. It would have saved me time and headaches.
