I recently purchased 5 sets of sterling silver cufflinks from this company for groomsmen in an upcoming wedding. No response to several emails other than an automated excuse of a death in the family email. Finally received them after 2 1/2 weeks. Open the package and these aren't sterling silver, they aren't even silver-plate. The cufflinks are made of a cheap non tarnish silver color alloy metal. I contacted Katie Ray several more times with no response. I then put a chargeback on my AMEX and find her website on Facebook. After contacting her on Facebook, she finally reaches out to me. She tries to blame me and states that the description says they were silver-plate. So I go check her website. She totally changes the description. Has different font and is the only item like this on the entire website. Still states "Sterling Silver" cuff-links. Well Katie Ray, sterling silver is a standard in the U.S. of .925 of 100 contents of silver. These aren't even silver-plated with silver. Sterling silver is commonly used as a term for solid sterling silver. Then this scam artist goes in and changes the description. Please whatever you do, do NOT buy from this lady. I want to warn everyone about her practices and that she is a fraud! To hide behind god and a death shows the character she has. BEWARE of getdolledboutique.com!
