hold, hold, hold, hold, hold, hold, hold.......no answer from anyone corona virus bs....hold, hold, hold, higher call volumes than normal......IF YOU FIXED YOUR PRODUCT.....there would be no HIGH CALL VOLUMES User's recommendation: don't even purchase it...nor allow it's software on your system.
