I tried to bet the Kentucky Derby with this service. Big Mistake. The website was neither user friendly nor intuitive. I made a bet by mistake and could not do anything about it. I tried to pay through my bank account and was told the transaction did not go through. Using common sense (another BIG mistake) I thought that meant the bet was not made. So I sent money via Paypal so the bet could be made. NOOoooo. Twinspires took that as another bet and has been telling me I owe them $85. A phone call to customer service tells me I actually owe $36.40. Because apparently the bet I made WITHOUT MONEY was placed. I tried to get help online and on the phone at the time and the race would have been over before my call or chat question was addressed. The customer service lady today kept telling me to let her "finish" telling me what she was telling me and then found no problem cutting me off until I screamed at her to let ME finish. At this point, I am sending them the money they cheated me out of just to get away from them. She made a point of telling me it was a multi billion dollar company. But they need my $36.40. Well - use this company at your own risk.
