I received a two pack vuse alto golden tobacco 2.4%. One of the pods was a dark urine color. I called customer service and the after speaking to the representative for 15-20 minutes and giving all my information out she couldn't verify my age and asked me for the last 4 of my s.s.# which I already gave my full name, address, phone number and birthday. I have to have an i.d. at the store to buy it so why do I need to give out all my sensitive information for a coupon. So now I bought a tainted product from you and couldn't get my $ back or a coupon. User's recommendation: If your product is damaged just we realize you won't get help from Customer service without giving out all your sensitive information.
