Im not Confident that GAINCITY will do anything since there are Already so many Complaints. Aircon PCB taken away by Techie for Repair. No one come back to confirm Install date. I called spoke to Client Service. She didnt return call despite her commit. Call another person Rani, didnt return call too. Complained to Manager, ALSO never return Call! So my Aircon PCB was removed, no info on what or when they will return. I will not buy from GAINCITY Anymore, I recommend You find Alternative too. Al 22/03/19
