Lorex hardware is quite good in my experience (LNZ32P4B) but their software and support is HORRIBLE. There is no documentation for my camera and customer support is non existent (I called them yesterday to request help setting up a NAS and 1) they said my camera doesnt have an sd slot - it does - and 2) could not provide ANY help on connecting my NAS or verifying my firmware level. TOTAL USELESS. User's recommendation: Look an ANY other company for security solutions unless you want to be forced into using their DVR (and then good luck though I have no experience with them).
