Update by user Sep 02, 2020 Yelp needs to be held accountable for fraud they have done this to too many people Update by user Sep 02, 2020 Yelp sent me an email saying they will not refund my money they CV laim they are unable to guarantee any ad click, or performance. They are the once who did everything on their platform infact the very day I filled the profile with their employee online the next day without my permission if I wanted to proceed or not they charged $26 from my account I dont know why theres no class action law suit yet against yelp where are all the great lawyers in this country? Original review posted by user Aug 03, 2020 woke up this morning to find a $550 draft out of my account by yelp after cancelling my service with them first of all the next day after i signed up i got charged $26 DONT advertise with yelp it never works and they try to get your Card on file so they can charge you when you no longer want the service whearas thats not what i was told when i signed up they promised they give me bonus credit and also they will only bill when i get leads i keept checking and saw that the service was not working at all and called to cancel after 3weeks only to see a charge i had to make people aware of this so they dont fall victims of this white colar fraud i called customer service and spoke with someone who is working on trying to get this resolved for me .
