Hi, My name is Nachiket and I booked honeymoon package for my elder brother from Clubholiday. I paid 10, 499/- for Kerala package and they told me that they will provide me hotel booking confirmation with in 48 Hrs. after payment received however nothing happened. The person who lied everytime and call me several times for payment his name is Mr.Girish Mittal ([protected]/[protected]) and now he is not picking my calls. As per their fake policy of cancellation I need to send cancellation mail to them after that only, they will cancel my booking. I already sent mail to them but nothing happened. They are saying I have to pay again 12, 455/- for flight booking and my complete package is 22, 455/-. I already told him that I am not interested in flight booking but several times they are saying me I have to pay whole amount means it is unbelievable.
