He has provided false informations that he is having credit limits with various banks and based on its pre-text has taken INR 35 Lakhs from me in order to provide me a letter of credit amounting to INR 2.5 Crores for a period of 6-9 months. The payment was given to him during December 2012 via bank remittance and cash. Its almost 100 days past, this man is on the run and does not lift the phone and never comes for discussions either.
