Fraud charges to my card unresolved

3 fraud charges on my debit card for play station games. BBVA accused me of lying and told me to take up with play station. I still don't have a new debit card and to of the charges have gone through. It has been 37 days. I went to the bank twice to have new card reissued and called to talk to administrator again on Thursday was told it FedEx rush delivery and still nothing nothing nothing' that was User's recommendation: we are going to bank with someone else if its not resolved by Monday.
