I was planning on a solo trip this year to South America, found a good deal on for Brazil on Latam airlines. Did some research on both websites to see if its a reputable airline and this business (because of reviews) because I had never heard of either before, but glad I found them on social media, they had a cheaper price than the websites I usually search on and it was legit, got my tickets. I will say the hold time was a lot close to 15 minutes which they should have more people to help them, helping out the customer. But overall it wasnt bad for the price.
