Been reading a lot of comments regarding how bad the company is, how hard they push you for better metrics but what I have in mind is, can you guys not handle pressure? Are you that weak hearted? On every interview you also lie to your future bosses right? You tell them "Yes I can work under pressure..." "Yes I can work with changing schedules.." then once you got hired all you do is complain complain complain. No company is perfect. If you can't handle pressure and if you can't perform, then don't apply on BPOs. You all are just sensitive people who were outperformed and never got the chance to stand up against the odds you're facing. Just accept the fact that you all don't stand a chance in this line of work. And if you still can't accept your fate then make your own "perfect" company.
