footlocker had debited from my account but no records of order is showing on their system

I have placed an order yesterday on footlocker - it was successfully ordered and was debited on my bank account. I was waiting on an email/text for any confirmation - I did not recieve any. So then I called their customer service. I am in dubai, uae, btw. Spoke to their customer service rep for about 10 mins. And for her to only say that she could not do anything about it as their record shows to transaction whatsoever. How is that possible? I have the confirmation from my bank that footlocker did debit from my account but footlocker said they dont see any records of payment/order under me! I really dont know what to do now. Please! Can someone help me!
